Managing the effects of intense emotions can be difficult to handle on your own, especially with other things like stressful life events, interpersonal relationship issues, and work/study stressors. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, across age, presenting issue, background factors and belief systems. I am passionate about supporting people to understand themselves better, to overcome the personal challenges and issues they face and to improve their quality of life. No two clients are the same; I utilise a person-centred approach to ensure treatment is planned to suit each individual’s needs and goals. I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for all, where your thoughts and feelings are met with empathy and understanding, not judgement!
