I am passionate about working with children, young people and adults to work towards fostering well-being. For my children’s work, I support emotional expression and healing in ways that resonate with their developmental stage through child centred play therapy. Supporting the growth of self-esteem, or helping with school difficulties, anxiety and/or behavioural challenges (including ADHD). I work with attachments and relationships including parent-child, family and adult relationships. I want to work with adults in the same areas, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, perfectionism and complex trauma.
I am dedicated to providing a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to therapy that is first and foremost person centred, unique to my client’s needs. I draw from schema therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness practices, play therapy, psychodynamic and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Starting therapy can be scary and I’ll ensure to do what I can to make you comfortable. I strive to foster a safe, trusting, meaningful connection where I want you to feel heard, respected and empowered throughout the therapeutic journey. I welcome all feedback. If this resonates with you, please reach out.”
