Hello, my name is Rhiannon. I work with individuals, couples, and relationship configurations of all kinds—monogamous, open, poly, queer, and beyond. I’m welcoming of folks living ‘alternative’ lifestyles including, kink, sex work, and polyamory. Whatever it is, I’m here to help you navigate the internal and external challenges that can come with these worlds, and the world in general.
You might be feeling disconnected—from yourself, your partner(s), your body, or the world. You might be feeling confused about your identity, sexuality, desires, or emotions, or struggling with how past experiences and trauma are affecting you now. It’s not always easy to pinpoint what’s causing distress on your own, but together we can explore what’s holding you back and create a plan to move forward.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed. You bring the expertise on your life/relationship, and I bring the research and techniques that can help you achieve your goals and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. The process can be vulnerable and uncomfortable at times, but I’m here to offer calming guidance and an unwavering commitment to your growth. I also warmly encourage feedback throughout our work—this is your journey, and I want it to feel right for you.
If anything I’ve said here resonates you’re welcome to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit—or jump straight in and book a session.
